ABOUT

Welcome! I look forward to moving with you. I am a comprehensively trained classical Pilates Instructor with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialize in helping clients build strength and flexibility so that they can move through life with confidence and ease.

Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout that will help you improve athletic performance, increase flexibility, reduce the risk of injury, move confidently through pregnancy or postpartum, and build incredible body awareness and core strength.

In addition to my Pilates certification, I am a certified Yoga Instructor, certified Pre & Postnatal Instructor, and hold an MFA in Dance. I hold specialized training in functional anatomy, injury recovery, and Pilates for back care. And I believe strongly in Pilates as an inclusive practice and welcome movers of all backgrounds, ages, identities, body types, and abilities.

I have years of experience teaching and leading instructor trainings at gyms and boutique fitness studios including Equinox, FLEX Studios, and Lithe Method, and now teach private sessions and group classes at Madison Avenue Strength Lab located in Larchmont, NY.

    Pilates Mat is the foundation of the Pilates method. In this small group class you’ll challenge your core and build strength, coordination, and flexibility.
